Angel customer service was amazing!!! She was very respectful and helped me figure out what to order being it was my first time! I will come back!!! She made sure I was satisfied with everything I ordered!!
Make sure not to go here around tax time because it would be packed, no parking, and a very long wait time. The food is okay, very salty though. You pay when you place your order but then go to another section to pick up your food. You have to make sure that all requested butter is in your to go bag or self you will be very upset. 😂 There is not much area for parking at all.
My husband and I have been coming to Seafood Junction for about three years, and one of the biggest reasons we love coming back is Angel. She is always so friendly and welcoming, and every time we walk in she greets us with such kindness that makes us feel like regulars who are genuinely appreciated. The food is always amazing their boils are some of our favorites and Angel always makes sure our orders come out tasting great. She’s so warm and easy to talk to that sometimes we’ll even casually chat or vent while ordering, and she always treats us with patience and positivity. Nikki is also wonderful and always so kind. Sometimes she even recognizes us and knows our order ahead of time! Seeing Angel and Nikki when we come in is always a joy. Not many places have staff that are this friendly and welcoming anymore, especially when it comes to ordering food. Great food is important, but great people make the experience even better. Thank you both for always making us feel so welcome!❤️❤️
Have to say how impressed I am by this location and the food! Ordered crab legs for my moms birthday and the order placement was easy, the food was ready in 20 minutes, and the order was well packaged. The crab legs were AMAZING, we got the lemon pepper flavor. Will definitely be back!
Didn’t know how much I ordered until I received the DoorDash. OMG. About 2 pounds of potatoes and over a pound of broccoli. Wished they would have used real butter, instead of the butter oil that is used for grilling and cooking. Wished they would have used better choice of shrimp, instead of the frozen shrimp from Walmart. Fresh garlic would have been great, too. But you can taste the tang from the jarred garlic. Lobster tail huge…but very chewy and overcooked. Not salty. Not spicy. Just maybe get better quality seafood and they will be pretty okay considering we are in Indiana.
