This is high end steak house. Don't go expecting an inexpensive meal. That said, the staff is professional and knowledgeable. The food we had exceeded expectations. Service was impeccable. We were too full to try the dessert. Everything was amazing, yet my top two were the brioche and the hand cut filet.
We were very excited to try this place out, but each dish was nothing special for the price. We ordered the salad and rolls to start. The salad was nothing more than lettuce with a bottle dressing. We really hoped for a homemade dressing. Next, our steaks were ordered medium rare but each one came differently. Mine was closer to medium well and the New York strip was closer to rare. Upon remaking it, we noticed the seasoning was either forgotten or it fell off the steak as it tasted just like a bland piece of meat with too much charr. Next, the drinks were barely filled and had a ton of ice. They were good but 3-4 sips in and you’re left with ice. Lastly, when we brought the items to the waiters attention it was sort of accepted with confusion making it awkward. I say save your time, go to steak48 nearby. The customer attention is way better and the steaks are too.
We were overall happy with our takeout order. Our Wagyu burgers with blue cheese and crispy onion stripes were enjoyable but a bit too far on the well done side for our taste, which didn’t let the quality of the meat shine through enough. The skin-on fries were a tad too dark and came with a heavy load of salt. The portion sizes were generous, though. The same can be said for the dessert, which we ate only the next day. Even reheated, the vanilla sugar doughnuts with Boston cream were still tasty.

The atmosphere is sleek, sophisticated, and incredibly welcoming. Because we arrived on the earlier side, we got to enjoy the beautiful space as it perfectly set the tone for a fantastic evening. The food was beyond amazing. Every cut of steak was prepared to absolute perfection, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and seasoned beautifully. The sides and appetizers were just as spectacular, showing incredible attention to detail in every single dish. To top it all off, the service was top-notch. So, RPM is one of my favorite restaurants. One of my favorite bites of all time in any Resturant is the coal-roasted king crab. Believe me, it's a must-have for anyone who loves seafood. Oysters are always on point. Can't forget the Cesar salad, either. My go-to steak-wise is always the Westholme tomahawk with extra peppers on the side; they're not spicy at all, which brings out the steak flavor very well. The spicy miso lobster is amazing. For the sides, you can't go wrong with any of them. Personally, my favorite is the Japanese sweet potato by far. For dessert, the donuts are classic, and the chocolate cake is some of the best you will ever taste. Service is always top-notch. I highly recommend RPM steak.
