Excellent food. Got a laundry list of items and all of them were amazing. The filet mignon sliders where the best, perfectly cooked with a nice little bun. The braised need, delicious. The only complaint would be a little bit too much cheese on the French onion soup. Also the staff was amazing, super friendly.
Had an amazing experience. Walked in and was immediately seated, then we met our very friendly and funny waiter. He was from Macedonia and made you feel like you’ve known him all your life. The D4 burger was excellent, especially when paired with their Blacksmith beer mix. Extremely cozy environment and vibe.
While in Chicago this week we popped in for lunch. This Irish Pup is beautiful! We had the garden salad which was so fresh and delicious. The almonds, and dates were delightful additions to our salads. The wait staff were nice and very helpful at keeping our drinks topped off. Will definitely return here.
Food portions were huge, Shepherd’s pie was a bit too salty and the Reuben sandwich really needed the sauce for flavor - drinks were good
Very good food. Server was very nice and personable. Food came out fast and portions were good. I really enjoyed the fish sandwich. It comes with slaw on it. The chicken tenders were lightly breaded and good. Both fried items were not greasy. Daughter said the burger was really good. Service was a little spotty. I would have ordered another beer if our waitress came again. But she was taking care of several inside tables and the outside patio. Plan on spending $20+ per person especially if getting drinks.
