If you are looking for a fantastic Sunday brunch spot in Fulton Market that actually has plenty of space to breathe, The Vig is an absolute must-visit. The first thing you notice is the incredible decor. It has a super cool, 1950s-inspired setup, and I absolutely loved checking out the mid-century modern photography on the walls. It is a large, expansive restaurant with great sidewalk seating for people-watching, but even on a busy Sunday afternoon, there was still plenty of room to get seated and comfortable without feeling packed in. Now, let’s talk about the food, because they are doing some genuinely brilliant things on the menu. My absolute favorite thing was the bao bun with Italian beef. It takes two of the absolute best things on earth and mashes them into one dish trust me, you are going to love it. To top it all off, they mix up some very creative, fun cocktails, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for the neighborhood. I am already planning my next visit back, especially to take advantage of the great price on their bone-in ribeye. Highly recommended for a casual but elevated weekend spot

Came for a happy hour and overall it's a place worth visiting. I ordered the Japanese smash burger which was pretty flavorful for a vegan item. The gnocchi was bright and lemony and not too heavy. The espresso martini was a bit disappointing, truthfully if could have used a few more shakes.

Our server Isabella was amazing! She was very attentive and sweet. Our food was incredibly delicious. We tried the crispy tuna rice, shibuya seared tuna, gnocchi with chicken, B&W Cookie sundae. All incredible dishes and so fun to try since the Vig OT doesn’t feature them. Cant wait to come back here!

food: the burger was fire, the bun was perfect. fries were decent. the zucchini fries were hard to eat, they are so soon all you’re eating is fried crumbs. The cocktail was strong and didn’t taste like much outside of alcohol service: our server was very nice and patient with our larger group ambiance: really nice interior, dimmed the lights a bit too low
