Begin by cycling along Lake Michigan’s shoreline for views of Navy Pier’s entertainment, shopping, and dining options. Continue to Millennium Park, home to Cloud Gate, where you can photograph the reflective bean sculpture.
Further south is Grant Park with the Buckingham Fountain, one of the world’s largest fountains. Nearby is Museum Campus, a 57-acre park housing the Adler Planetarium, Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, and Soldier Field football stadium.
Alternatively, head north to Lincoln Park—a large lakeside neighborhood with a free-entry zoo featuring various animal exhibits. Wrigley Field, home to the Chicago Cubs, is also easily accessible by bike.

- Bike rentals start at 8:30 AM in summer and 9:00 AM during other seasons
- All bikes must be returned before the shop closes: 6:30 PM (summer), 6:00 PM (spring/fall), 5:00 PM (winter)
