It was a good treat after a movie! They have multiple types of ways to bake the pizza bread, there’s cracker, grandma, New York, and Detroit. I got the grandma style which was perfect it was kinda like focaccia light but crunchy. The margarita pizza included mozzarella slices and basil on top of tomato sauce. The 12” was perfect size for two! Staff were so cool and helpful for ordering. Great spot for groups too!
The cracker crust here is super crunchy! Nothing else to add here but the taste of the pepperoni, char cooked mushrooms and hot honey drizzle was all on point. Their mozzarella onion rings is unique. The crunch was great with salty mozz and sweet onions. Luv’d their side dips of vodka sauce and marinara. A definite stop before or after comedy club nearby in The Old Town neighborhood.
The mozzarella onion rings were so crispy and the house made marinara and vodka sauce is a “must order!” The Sicilian sausage and half pepp pizza was very good. It’s well worth the wait and the leftovers were perfect for the next day. Service was great and the vibe was very welcoming. I highly recommend Professor Pizza!
