- The entire experience is wheelchair accessible via elevator, including the ride and shop.
- Wheelchair users must be able to transfer to the flight seat with or without assistance. If transfer is not possible, you may experience the flight from a stationary position on the ride platform accompanied by staff.
- For safety, companions must either participate in the ride or wait off the ride platform. Companions assisting paying wheelchair users are admitted free of charge.
