Our go to has always been MingHun , however decided to try Dola- which was mediocre Dim Sum. Spare ribs & Sui Mai, soup dumplings were good. Definitely skip the salted egg Congee- it was bland - the bowl we got served had pork that was at least 2/3 days old - I could taste the stale, breadstick rice rolls( stale breadstick that was re-crisp/refried in old oil. Salt & Pepper tofu overpriced for Tofu, beef chow fun noodles not wide flat noodle but skinnier flat noodles-and way too greasy(I get that it’s more oiler then some dishes but ours dripping in oil, beef ribs dry- no flavor, chicken feet- my son said was too sticky, I thought it was okay, my stuffed egg plant had two pieces of stuff tofu, did they not have enough egg plants and decided to just add 2 pieces of tofu or is that the way it just cones(?). Will not be back. Service- asked for extra napkins, water and hot sauce twice that took 10/15 minutes, and staff that try avoid eye contact with the fear of serving you is a turn off. However when they did come to the table they were nice about getting your request.

It was my first time trying dim sum. The food was really good, just wish there were more beef options. Definitely pace yourself as we ordered more food and it was a lot. I would for sure come back!

Came here a few weeks ago. Food was okay. They forgot our order of shumai, so we had to remind them. Also the hot water kettle was broken, so we didn’t get any hot tea. In my opinion, there are better places for dim sum in Chicago.

Our favorite dimsum place in Chinatown. The food is consistently good, service is fine, and is in a good location with free parking. I would recommend making a reservation on weekends as they can get pretty full.

Went for a company lunch. The food was very good, authentic Chinese food, definitely flavorful and new textures and tastes for me. The short ribs, honey cake, and pineapple custard cake was good. Service was good, parking wasn't crowded, and we were able to get seated right away. It is February 22nd so it's cold. I'm sure it may be way more crowded in the spring and summer seasons. All in all I rate it a personal 8.5/10 for me.
