The atmosphere is beautiful, but keep in mind that music is loud and the show we caught was a bit peculiar. We definitely didn’t expect the burlesque performer to do more of a drag show number, at one point tumbling and twerking on stage 😂😂 but the jazz singers were great. It was a bit hard to hold a conversation or hear the waitress. The staff was not very enthusiastic about the food which worried us. When asked they just said it was “Okay…” but to our surprise the food was fantastic! The portions are large enough to share and came out steaming hot. In fact, it was SO good that we forgot to get a picture but the lamb shank with mushroom risotto was AMAZING! The apple pie cheesecake was as large as my forearm and we definitely left satisfied. I would come back for sure, it was a very sexy swanky place.

We for Juneteenth Ubrideled burlesque and was not disappointed. Night show was sultry and soulful. Ordered the duck, pork belly, rolls and shrimp. Each of them were delicious with great plating. Show was packed so service was a little show, but that was to be expected. Would recommend going for any show.

Had a great night out with the boys at USC. We were all men of a certain age that work in the alcohol industry, and were a little put off by the doorman- who would selectively card people- appearing from behind a curtain slightly rumpled- but aside from him- the staff were welcoming and on-point. Whiskey cocktails were generous and deserving of their price tag, with a great selection to choose from. Cocktails are intentional, as is the deliberate non-rushed pace of the cocktail creations. If you just want a quick drink, go somewhere else. This is a great place for a night cap or live music (piano in lobby needs tuning), with a carefully crafted cocktail. Looking forward to visiting next time.

I visited this restaurant on Friday evening and chose to return the following night with out-of-town guests. We had made a reservation in advance and requested a booth; however, upon arrival, we were informed that a booth would not be available due to our party size of four. Unfortunately, the alternative table provided was quite small and did not offer the level of comfort we had anticipated. To avoid disrupting our plans, we accepted the seating. It appeared the restaurant may have been understaffed, as we needed to locate our server on several occasions. That said, he was courteous, attentive when available, and demonstrated strong knowledge of the menu, offering helpful guidance during the ordering process. The beverages were well-prepared and enjoyable. However, the appetizers, main courses, and side dishes were overall average and did not meet expectations. In summary, the experience was mixed. While there were some positive aspects, I am uncertain whether I would return in the future.
