Not enough staff. Once I waited 30 minutes for 2 beers. Recently I left before ordering because it looked like there was a single server for 50 people. Tons of people with menus and no food or drinks. Food is good, prices are normal. Location is stellar.
Amazing place ! The stuff is super nice and friendly , food was fresh and tasty I higly reccomend fish & chips ! 👌Also as a Polish born chicagoan I was especially happy to see Polish pierogi and Polish beer on the menu—it was such a nice surprise and made the visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for great food, a beautiful beachside setting, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!
Not once have I left a review like this, but the most beautiful woman I've ever seen in my life works here. Great bartenders and drinks and all that, too (thanks Miles), but Morgan made me wish to hell I lived in Chicago. One of those girls you see and you can't figure out how she just walks around like she doesn't see what you see. If she did, she'd go crazy. I don't know how much longer she'll be working there, but for fun, if you stop by, tell her Dave said hi. She'll have no idea who you're talking about, haha.
We came here for mother's day. Strange, right? It was fabulous. On a beautiful spring day, and just steps away from the incredible Montrose bird sanctuary, The Dock was open for business and trying out their pre-season menu. We had tacos and quesadillas that I would put up against many places I've eaten in Little Village. The chicken was cut super small and fried to that perfect crisp. The guacamole was fine. The fresh tortillas were excellent and the setting - along the Chicago lakefront was unbeatable. Since it was a weird mother's day choice, there were plenty of seats. They had a pretty large beer and cocktail offering, but we stuck to ice tea and arnold palmers. I would recommend them both.
