Guided by Chef Yani, you’ll learn how to create a full Italian menu from appetizer to dessert while practicing approachable techniques you can use again at home. Start your 3-course meal by seasoning a creamy whipped ricotta with lemon, milk, rosemary, chile flakes and honey for a bright, savory-sweet appetizer. Then move on to the main course: beef braciole made with flank steak, Provolone, prosciutto and Parmesan cheese. You’ll learn how to layer rich Italian flavors, handle the steak and bring everything together into a comforting, restaurant-worthy dish. To finish, prepare a classic panna cotta with milk, heavy cream, sugar, gelatin and berries. At the end of class, sit down to enjoy the full 3-course Italian feast you helped create. This 2.5-hour experience is a great fit for couples, solo food lovers and anyone who wants to make Italian cooking feel more elegant, relaxed and doable.
