I absolutely love Diana Burduja's Pilates Sculpt classes at Ina! I struggled to be consistent with my workouts for years until I found Diana and Ina, and now it's such a natural part of my life. I never thought you'd see me at a hot Pilates class at 7am but now I can come at 5 if needed! I come to class almost every day and honestly can't imagine doing it any other way because my mind and body feel so good and I genuinely look forward to every class. The classes can be challenging, but Diana is your biggest cheerleader. She makes them so much fun and somehow manages to make everyone feel seen, even in a full class. I love the whole experience and how good I feel after every class! Plus, Ina is a beautiful space and has such a great community! I've met amazing people and made real friends there, which has made it even more special. Love, love, love to Diana and everyone at Ina! Thank you all so much ❤️
I just tried the AI-assisted massage experience at INA Chicago, and it was unlike anything I’ve had before. It uses sensors to map your body, and you can adjust the pressure yourself—literally every second if you want. It also asks in advance which areas you’d like to focus on for longer. It was very impressive—no guesswork and no need to ask someone to go harder or lighter. It actually feels more comfortable knowing a real person isn’t working on areas like your glutes or your bare back (you wear a suit). The system delivers steady, consistent coverage across your entire body, with precise pressure exactly where you need it. I walked out feeling incredibly mobile and relaxed. The staff were helpful in explaining how everything works and made sure I was comfortable using the system before leaving me on my own. Booking was easy, and the whole session felt streamlined. Definitely signing up for a membership!

I have gone to INA twice now for two Aescape massage sessions and thoroughly enjoyed my experiences both times! First, the space is very inviting, clean, and aesthetic. The women’s locker room is spacious, offers lockers for guests to leave their items, has showers, and even has a sauna for people to enjoy. There is ample seating outside, as well as a coffee/tea bar where you can order a drink. Additionally, the employees I’ve interacted with have been nothing but kind, respectful, and welcoming. I was unfortunately late to my appointment yesterday due to rush hour traffic, but they were accommodating and still worked with me to squeeze a massage in. Now the massage itself…. PHENOMENAL. There is only one machine in the room, so you are in a private room all to yourself (see attached photo). The lights are dimmed and all you have to do to start your session is lay down and go through the prompts on the screen right under your face to customize your massage/pressure/music/and even screen background. Once you set everything and the machine does a quick scan of your body, you can start your massage, and the machine will take it away! I love that I can change everything in real time, at the click of a button, to the exact settings I want, and I don’t have to talk to anyone. It’s a great new option for busy working professionals with active lifestyles like myself who just want to relax without the hassle of interacting with others or having to wait for their go-to masseuse’s availability to open up. Pricing is also VERY reasonable for what you get. So happy I found a new staple to my training/lifestyle routine!
What an absolute experience! 10/10 Made an appointment here for my first hydrafacial ever! I’m so happy I did, Alena Funk took great care of me she took her time and made this such a great experience. My face looks so plump and hydrated. I’m so excited to get all my skin treatments here.
