Had a lovely stay! Very cute, clean, and friendly! Walkable distance to shopping and dining. Easy to get to the united center for concert (we took an uber, but it’s about a 2 mile walk). Would highly recommend and would stay here again!
Great place to stay! Rooms were spacious and comfortable while also being very clean! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The common area was bright and cheerful! Breakfast was perfect and the peanut butter oat cups were outstanding ! The inn is a perfect spot, very residential but only a block away to action. Super close to blue line! We will be back!!
We absolutely loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back!! We stayed in the Pierce Room, which was beautiful with its skylights, and everything felt clean and smelled fresh. The parking was honestly one of the best parts since we were able to get a spot in the garage, which made everything so easy. The inn is located in a quaint and charming neighborhood that offers a perfect little getaway from the busy city while still being close to everything. Getting around with Uber was easy and convenient, and the neighborhood felt very safe. I had seen some reviews mentioning train noise, but it really was not an issue at all and honestly sounded more like a gentle fan, which felt cozy and added to the city atmosphere. We had such a great experience and are already looking forward to staying again!!
What a spectacular experience we just enjoyed at the Wicker Park Inn!! From the moment we arrived, we were brilliantly taken care of by Ky, one of the innkeepers. She was just terrific, from her home baked breakfast muffins and cakes to the ever-present flow of coffee, tea and fridge snacks (chia pudding and overnight oats, bagels and condiments and all types of milk, and even OJ. And she did all of this with thoughtfulness and pleasant conversation, insuring that our stay was perfect which it was. When our family stopped by to see the Inn, Ky also warmly welcomed them with a tour! Later in our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting the other innkeeper, Amelia! She too was professional and hospitable and her warmth and attention added so much to our experience. I particularly loved sitting in the gorgeous baby blue breakfast room and the charm of the passing train! Additionally, both of the guest rooms we had reserved were so lovely. Everything was beautifully appointed, comfortable and immaculate. This is a very, very special place, on the most beautiful street, and we cannot wait to return with our entire family!! Thank you
Wicker Park is my favorite neighborhood in Chicago, and this Inn was in the perfect location to walk to shops, restaurants, or to hop on the L. We stayed in the Garden Apartment and it was adorable! Clean, well stocked for breakfast, the bed was so comfortable, and the whole place was spacious. Communication was great and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here for your next visit to the city!
