I had an excellent stay at Sentral Michigan Avenue during my trip to Chicago. The cleanliness was honestly top-notch, and the apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. It felt like having a complete little home rather than just a hotel room, with a fully equipped kitchen and everything we needed during our stay. The location was absolutely perfect. The views were beautiful, and we were within walking distance of so many places and attractions in downtown Chicago, which made getting around incredibly convenient. I especially think this is a great option for families because of the extra space and the convenience of having a full kitchen and all the amenities of an apartment. A friend recommended this place to me, and I’m really glad I took the recommendation. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
I love living at Sentral! My boyfriend and I moved in in January so we’ve been here about six months. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful and just wonderful to be around. Maintenance is both fast to respond and thorough. I love the community that Sentral is building with their resident events. And I would highly recommend living here to my friends, family, and anyone interested in living in south loop.
10/10 accomodation for me personally. I always feel safe and close enough to attractions when staying at Sentral. And is close enough to my husbands office for work. Eurenice & Kimberlie are always very friendly and helpful at the front desk, as well as all of the other staff we have encountered. Always saying hello as you come in/out and happy to help with questions or needing extra things. When our mother came to visit they let us add her to our room with no issues and gave her her own access card. We had trouble with our bank card not letting us pay the full amount straight away and they didn’t make us feel embarrassed about it and helped us create an easy solution. My little one loves the pool even though it’s not heated. We haven’t tried the hot pool yet as it is closed at the moment, hopefully it will be open the next time we stay. One improvement could be to provide some pool towels as we either have to use our bathroom towels or pack towels with us when we stay. The premium 2bdr room we stayed in has the most amazing view of the lake. We got to watch festivals in Grant park and the navy pier fireworks from the room. And the bedrooms have plenty of room for our full size crib which is amazing! Could have some improvements with cleaning, especially with a baby crawling around the floors, but the front desk are always happy to listen to your concerns and try to help fix things straight away for you
