I had an absolutely fantastic experience at East End. From the moment we arrived, the staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I enjoyed the cold plunge, red light therapy, sauna, tarot reading, and more, and every part of the experience felt special and rejuvenating. ✨ The spa was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and they even provided us with tons of complimentary products, which was such a wonderful touch! My only recommendation would be to enhance the locker room experience by creating a little more privacy between the men’s and women’s areas. Other than that, this place was fabulous! I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend East End Spa for a unique and memorable wellness experience! 💫
Fantastic first cold plunge experience! The facility has a great vibe that feels incredibly modern, spacious, and spotless. Jess is an amazing sauna meister—super attentive, meticulous, and always making sure the sauna has the perfect amount of steam. Overall, the entire experience was incredibly hospitable.
I went to Kim’s Meditation & Mind class and loved it! Sauna is already such a relaxing activity but combing that with a 15 minute meditation it’s a completely different experience. You get to experience the heat much more and Kim was a great guide for the meditation practice. The cold plunge afterwards was exactly what my body needed!
