Chris has been really helpful for many different issues, I never thought my TMJ would get better, I figured I'd just be dealing with it for the rest of my life but treatments on tense muscles in the upper back, shoulders and neck really worked and I found myself no longer grinding my teeth and I can catch myself when I start doing it again under stress! He also has a lot of experience working with people with PTSD, I feel more comfortable in my body and calmer, these are things I thought I might never have but it's been really helpful and I would recommend him for anyone looking for acupuncture!
I really appreciate Chris. As a woman, I usually seek out female practitioners because of the safety I feel with a female practitioner. I feel wholly safe with Chris. My favorite thing about Chris is his gentle spirit and the way he listens. I was so happy when I found out Chris is particularly interested in and cares about women's health; it's rare and important to have men who care about women's health! As a woman experiencing perimenopause, Chris has been so important. My energy levels and gut health have improved significantly since working with Chris.

What a great massage! I love this so much I went from monthly to bi-weekly, to weekly. Chris really knows what he is doing. His 18 years experience shows. I also have bought six packs of massages and given several to friends and family as birthday gifts. My wife said it’s the best massage she ever had!
Chris is a really lovely guy who goes out of his way to make me comfortable and relaxed. His massages have helped me with various muscle issues--tendon issues from my desk job, shoulder soreness from playing piano, and other aches and pains from exercising and generally just living life. Highly recommended!
