Absolutely loved my experience at SweatHouz West Loop! The facility is excellent — very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I had a great, relaxing experience with the private sauna and cold plunge, and the whole contrast therapy setup felt both premium and comfortable. The staff was also fantastic: attentive, patient, and very helpful with all of our questions. Cianna, in particular, was super, super helpful and made the experience even better. One detail I really appreciated was the post-contrast therapy care area. The “get ready bar” was stocked with Dyson hair care appliances, which my accompanying guest thoroughly enjoyed — such a thoughtful and elevated touch. Overall, a great experience and I’d highly recommend SweatHouz West Loop!
I had an unpleasant situation today. I tried to lock the door of suite #8, when I later learned that the lock was broken and subsequently it didn’t work. It interfered with my normal perfect visit. Part #2, I was just contacted by a staff member, who indicated that he lock was repaired immediately after I left! I am very happy to share that, along with the fact that my “issue” was addressed, and I was contacted with the results. I don’t say this lightly, I am totally pleased with SWTHZ, I will be a member for quite a while!!
I love the cleanliness of the area. The customer service was amazing. Explained the proper use of the equipment, the timing and the setup of the room was amazing! I highly recommend to check this place out.
This was a gift from my spouse. I love that the space was private, clean , and a great atmosphere. In the room was a sauna, a shower, and tub to do a cold plunge. This was my first experience with a vitamin C shower and cold plunge, both were okay but it will take more visits to get use to the cold water. Although the membership package seem a little pricey, I do plan on going back at least monthly to detox.
