This was my second time staying here, and once again I had a great experience. Everything is great and clean. The location is amazing. The accessible room is well designed. The heat wave and holiday crowds brought challenges to the staffs but they handle well and always professional and caring. There was an issue with my original room, and the housekeeper (I'm sorry I forgot her name. I think it was Candace.) went above and beyond to help. I'd also like to thank Henry and Rich for helping me switch rooms, the engineer for quickly resolving the shower issue, and Cameron for delivering the shower chair and even helping clean up the popcorn mess I made. I also want to recognize all the staff at the front desk, on the ground floor, and at the breakfast buffet. They were all amazing, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Thank you and I look forward to staying here again!
Just finished an AMAZING trip to Chicago and a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn. Andrew and the front desk staff did an awesome job getting us set up in a suite we used as a group hub and rooms that coordinated. The rooms were exceptional, service was off the chart. I've traveled extensively and this stay exceeded my expectations. TOP NOTCH property and great staff!!
Everything about this hotel was amazing! From the convenience of the location and the friendly staff to the high-quality furniture in the suites, I was genuinely impressed. Thank you for exceeding my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel every time I’m in Chicago! Here’s a few more notable items: I was able to quickly communicate with the staff in the Marriott app before check in The rooms were very clean & the city view was great Valet parking took no more than 10 minutes anytime I needed my vehicle
I travel to Chicago quite often and this was my first time staying in this hotel. I was very impressed by the staff. The management team, in particular, Erika was simply amazing. As a guest, I felt like I was a priority and the other guests I interacted with felt that way. Olivia was also very nice and friendly. I would rate the staff higher if I could. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re traveling for business or pleasure.
I had a great stay at the residence Inn. The amenities in the room were excellent, and the breakfast was satisfying with lots of variety every day. Housekeeping was also very timely and quick to respond to requests while respecting privacy. The staff were pleasant and were able to accommodate any requests that came up during my stay. I love the location of the hotel as well as it is right on the mile and it is right next to the iconic Starbucks reserve. Very easy to walk all over Chicago from a central location. I strongly recommend this hotel for your stay!
