I just had the new client special Korean facial. At a glance everyone was friendly grace was very kind and explained everything during the treatment and any questions I had, no complaints there. Just a small feedback; The only thing I felt was misleading was the description regarding the collagen kit you get at the end of your service. Mine had a guasha tool with two small packets of toning gel and a blemish balm, a pair of bloomora eye mask set, and a deodorant. I called to make sure these were the correct things I was supposed to get and the receptionist said yes. The website said the collagen kit is valued at $45, I’m pretty sure those two things are not worth $45 and the deodorant is not part of the kit as she confirmed that is something they partnered with someone to see if they wanted to include it in their kits. Kinda disappointed in that part of the package, but the actual facial was good, grace was really nice and if we just focus on that part I definitely would go back for the facial.
I highly recommend Better Spa! Polett did an incredible job—she is a true professional who listened perfectly to what I wanted and delivered a beautiful, natural result. Brianna was also very kind and welcoming. Excellent customer service all around, and I will definitely be back!
Angela did my eyebrows, and I am beyond happy with the results! She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure everything was perfect. Victoria is the best at Morpheus treatments! Shes the consummate professional, takes her time and lets you take your time. Broader coverage of my neck than any other aesthetician I've worked with. I have no doubt her skills apply to any menu option at Skinovatio. Parking is easy. Great spa and great Victoria.
I had a great experience with Better Med Spa. The atmosphere was relaxing and clean, and the staff were all very friendly and professional. My facial was done with great care, and I could really tell they paid attention to my skin’s needs. Everything from the service to the products felt high quality, and I left feeling refreshed and glowing. Overall, everything was excellent, and I would definitely come back again.
