The beach house itself is a great structure, but the surrounding area has become difficult to visit. There are numerous encampments set up around the building, which has created noticeable foul odors in the immediate area. It is hard to just sit and relax without being repeatedly approached for aggressive panhandling and money. Sadly, the current conditions ruin the experience and make people want to avoid the spot entirely.
Nice spot at the end of the lake front trail, overlooking the beach. Beers and mixed drinks, tacos, and more. Nice staff and good vibes.
