Wonderful service! Our waitress Mia was attentive and friendly. We went up for drinks and snacks. (Make sure you make a reservation. Beautiful time watching the sunset and the Chicago Skyline (see what I did there 🏀) I removed some of the people in the pictures so you get a better idea of the view
Great peace , really : 1.Glass balcony with a transparent floor such a cool photo spot. Not as high as the observation decks, but the views of the skyscrapers are still amazing. 2.We went on a weekday and it wasn’t crowded, so we had plenty of time for pictures. 3.Really good cocktails. 4.Super friendly staff. 5.Food was good. Not the main reason to come, but definitely worth ordering. Overall, I’d recommend it if you want a rooftop with great vibes, good drinks, and an awesome glass balcony without the huge crowds. Very surprised. To be honest better then LH
Amazing time, great view and outstanding service! The service was impeccable from start to finish. Lester greeted us upon entrance and was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire night. Mia also took great care of us and even offered blankets for the cold (I was sooo cold 🥶)which was such a thoughtful touch. The atmosphere, the views, and especially the service were outstanding. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Chicago!
Mia is an excellent host, she made sure we got our drinks and food promptly and were ok with everything, checking in on us thru the evening. The sky view with lights are beautiful and several guests keep taking pictures of the panoramic views, they provide blankets to keep you warm if the fire burners are not enough. Burgers, salmon and chicken satay were are tasting great. The desserts - cheese cake, brownie with ice cream were also good, a bit warm brownie would have made it to the top. Overall a great experience.
My drink was nice, and the waiters were very friendly. However, keep in mind that a reservation is likely necessary if you plan to visit on the weekend. I first tried going on Saturday at 8:00 PM, but they were fully booked. Since I was staying at the hotel, I went back to my room and waited until around 11:20 PM. By that time, there were some seats available, so I was able to stay for about 30 minutes before they closed.
