I've been going to Chiro One in river north for years now. The main reason is actually two. My quality of life has improved dramatically! Flexibility, strength and the lack of pain now is priceless! 2nd reason is Dr. Elliot and the staff are truly wonderful! Always welcoming and friendly, I've learned so much on how to protect my posture and body as a whole. I can't express enough how grateful I am to have found Chiro One. They honestly have changed my life!
I had my first experience with a chiropractor at the Chiro One River North location, and it was a really positive one. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Communication was clear and straightforward throughout the entire process. The Dr Elliot took the time to explain my diagnoses and treatment plan slowly & thoughtfully, making sure I truly understood what was going on and what the plan was moving forward. I also appreciated how clearly the receptionist walked me through the billing - no confusion, no surprises. I appreciate them for working with me financially given my insurance wasn't the best. Overall, I've been very pleased with the initial visits and would definitely recommend this offie to anyone considering chiropractic care, especially if it's your first time.
Today was only my second session and I feel a vast improvement in my posture and lack of pain. After my first session, I couldn’t believe the flexibility and range in my neck!!! So looking forward to my next session. Dr. Elliot & Adam know their stuff!
