Progressive Late Fee Policy A $25 late fee applies to arrivals more than 10 minutes late, with an additional $25 for each 30-minute interval of lateness. Late arrivals may result in shortened flight time or rescheduling, subject to availability and staff discretion. Group Size & Aircraft Availability Groups larger than three (3) may be split due to aircraft availability or safety requirements. Groups over six (6) will always be separated across multiple helicopters or flights. Fly Heli makes every effort to keep groups together while ensuring safe operations.
