You hear it's a dive, but there's a surprising warmth inside. A bit loud for conversation on a Friday, though. We found a quiet corner eventually and enjoyed the lively crowd and classic drinks. A memorable evening.
If you like old school no frills dive bars, then go here. Wide variety of liquor and they even have Polish beer. Cash only, but pretty cheap prices. If you’re looking for margaritas go elsewhere. Shot and a beer joint. Anna, the bartender, was friendly as could be. Was there with the boys and she talked to each of us and seemed genuinely interested in the conversation. Will be back the next time I’m in Chicago.

Came here yesterday 12/09/2025 as I was in grabbing dinner in the neighbourhood and I had the best experience with Ana the bartender. Our polish beers were great and it was just an amazing experience as a whole, the bar, the drinks the vibe. I will be back any day I’m back in Chicago!
