Had the most amazing massage! What was a little disappointing was the customer service with the staff. I called a day before to reconfirm my arrival time and they gave me the wrong time, so I missed one of my services. A lot of the lockers do not work in the locker room, so it is a bit dated and needs renovation. I pre-ordered my lunch to be ready when I get out of my massage, it arrives 30 minutes late warm. the relaxation rooms are nice and the therapist was amazing and sitting on the outdoor patio is lovely. I will never return to this spa again considering the price, I expect perfection.
Had a great HydraFacial at The Peninsula Chicago! It was so refreshing and left my skin feeling clean, hydrated, and glowing. Alisa was wonderful, professional, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to. She made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back!
