I received this massage as a birthday gift. Sandra who assisted was amazing. After my car accident no matter who I went to no one was able to find the spot where I needed it the most but Sandra did. I was relaxed and was treated with such care including the receptionist. I’d go again and again. Thank you.
Incredible massage by Tanya P. She focused on the areas I had concerns, made great recommendations, and made me feel extremely relaxed and refreshed. I cannot wait to go back next month. I also met the owner who was so friendly and knowledgeable. It being my first time there he showed me around and explained everything to me. I had a wonderful experience from check-in to check out.
We were first greeted by the owner Paul who is incredibly generous and hospitable. I had a massage with Tanya- who gave me one of the best massages I’ve had in my life. She truly is a magician. I then had a facial with Kassandra who made my face feel so bright and fresh and did some incredible extractions with 0 pain. I could not recommend these two ladies more!!!! Seriously, I’ve been to a bunch of spas around Chicago and the service + treatment I received here is unmatched. We will definitely be back and cannot wait to be back. The team took such great care of me and I’m very grateful. If you were on the fence about this place let this be your sign to go. You won’t be disappointed. Have not experienced true hospitality like this in a long time. A rare gem!!!!!
I had an incredible experience at Spavia Spa West Loop. From the moment I walked in, the studio felt serene and beautifully maintained. The scents throughout the space are irresistible, and the attention to detail is truly impressive. I booked a deep tissue massage with Tanya P, and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. She listened to exactly what I needed, applied the firm pressure I requested, and created such a relaxing environment that I walked out feeling like a completely new person. Tanya is exceptional at what she does. I’m seriously impressed with this spa and am now considering getting a membership so I can make visits a regular part of my routine. Highly recommend Spavia West Loop and especially Tanya P.
Spavia is amazing first visit was a gift in 2012, this was my first time at the West Loop location. I absolutely love the decor and ambiance at the new location, Spavia offers intimate cozy space. I saw Tanya today for a massage she’s absolutely wonderful, her sessions feel like a journey into relaxation, she addressed all my tightness, she’s very attentive and thorough she has such a calming aura. I have my fav practitioners but honestly Spavia has great practitioners, I’ve been to other spas in the city and find myself longing for the consistent service I receive at Spavia.
