Beautiful space ✅ Experienced staff ✅ Easy parking ✅ Welcoming environment ✅ PVolve hit on all the things I look for in a boutique experience. I took class with Sue and she did a great job of balancing her demonstration with giving participants in class specific tips to help us work more effectively. The equipment was really novel which meant I got to turn my brain on a little but while I worked out as well. If you like a class that goes by quickly and prioritizes flow without being too technical, I think this is the perfect spot. Besides PVolve being one of the cleanest and more beautiful studios I’ve taken a class in, the staff was really welcoming and accommodating as well.
I had such a great experience at Pvolve Lincoln Park. The studio itself is beautiful. It is clean, bright, and truly pristine. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome. I was a bit nervous going into my first class, but the team couldn’t have been kinder. They took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I felt comfortable the whole way through. It made such a difference! I really enjoyed the class and the overall atmosphere, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!
I walked into Pvolve Lincoln Park thinking I was hot stuff because I lift heavy at the gym… and then Adrienne handed me 3 lb weights and absolutely humbled me. THREE. POUNDS. I don’t know what kind of sorcery is happening in that studio, but my muscles were shaking like I was benching a small car. At one point I saw my life flash before my eyes, but Adrienne just calmly said, “you’ve got this,” as I questioned all my life choices.
Great classes and very welcoming community! Loved my first visit to Pvolve Lincoln Park and the class with Heidi!
