I have been a patient of Old Town Med Spa at lincoln park for more than a year and have lost 45 lbs on their weight loss plan with the help of GLP1s. I have worked with both Drs and they are both lovely, patient and warm. The staff are great! They are easy to work with and are super welcoming and responsive.
I have been coming here now for over a year. When you walk up on the outside, it does not scream luxury, but once you get up the elevator to the actual office it is a bright and airy oasis! The staff is incredible. I have a horrible schedule and the staff goes out of their way to be flexible and accommodating. They are extremely responsive in real-time. They also give you the option to take treatments home to administer yourself, but I usually come in-person because it feels like a respite. Highly recommend.
I’ve had 2 tattoo removal sessions so far at Old Town Med Spa and have had such a great experience. Everyone there is incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. The spa is always very clean and the staff makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m really happy with my experience so far and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering tattoo removal treatments!
I had had a botch job of liposuction on my chest about six months ago. I was super depressed about it and was looking around for somebody that might be able to help me. I ran into these amazing brothers and I trusted them to do another procedure on me and I cannot tell you how happy I am. First of all everyone in their office is fantastic. And big shout out to Marissa who is doing some some follow up procedures with me. She is beyond amazing. But really the whole staff is great. The doctors are really good at what they do and they both saved my peace of mind. I didn’t think this mistake could be fixed.
I always have such a wonderful experience at Old Town Med Spa! The entire staff makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. The spa is incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and has such a calm, professional atmosphere. Dr. Shazel and Nael are both amazing — they take the time to really listen, answer questions, and explain everything so you feel confident and informed. You never feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciate. They genuinely care about their patients and want you to have the best possible results. Scheduling and communication is always super easy, and the whole team is friendly. You can tell they truly value their clients and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend Old Town Med Spa to anyone looking for a trustworthy, clean, and welcoming place with an incredible team. They’re THE BEST!!
