My massage experience with Cindy was incredible! Before booking, I read through Google reviews and saw that she was consistently rated as one of the top massage therapists and she absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment I arrived, Cindy had such a calming, positive vibe that immediately put me at ease. I loved every detail of the experience, from the cozy hotel towels to her massage techniques, which were both therapeutic and incredibly relaxing. Highly recommend booking with her. I'll definitely be back for another massage!
I used to love coming here, probably had between 5-6 massages here over the last two years. The first couple were great but the last two made me realize the service did not live up to the price. I had a lymphatic drainage massage and it was so lame. She just like gently touched me for an hour. Which is fine but it was like over $300. Then I got an “Ultimate Massage,” which consisted of a lady dry brushing my skin with a whicker brush to “exfoliate me.” It itched so bad and I was uncomfortable the rest of the massage. She then drenched my head/scalp in warm oil which ngl, was super annoying to get out, I did not need my hair dripping in oil. The rest of the massage was Swedish when I asked for Deep Tissue. I’m pretty sure that massage was also well over $300 dollars. I used to go here for stress relief but after those two visits at that price point, I now just go shopping instead and I feel a lot better. I will say there are some masseuses who were really good, but it’s too inconsistent for the price. Also for what they charge it ought to be a lot better.
I got a Signature facial with esthetician Lovely, best facial ever! She’s so kind and professional and her hands are so gentle. I feel so beautiful after and she explains every step in detail. I also love the products she recommended. If you’re looking for a relaxing facial, I highly recommend Lovely! I love the space as well, quiet, peaceful and luxurious. It feels amazing being in the lounge area not hearing a thing and surrounded by relaxing decor. I highly recommend Milk and Honey!
I’ve been meaning to check this place out. Very nice building, looks clean. The ambiance was great and relaxing they have a nice tea and nut dry fruit water table set up. I got an hour massage, it was pretty good! Not the best but not bad. My therapist was very nice and professional. I will suggest they heat the oil or lotion before applying. The locks for the lockers were confusing. The receptionist charged the girl behind me her service on mine tab by accident thinking I was her, so they had to refund me on my gift card. I would also suggest the receptionist ask for names vs assuming. The showers 🚿 could be cleaner I skipped it and just went home to shower. Other than that I would say it was standard. I have the gift card I have to use up still I will go back and try a facial next time. We will see how that service goes.
