Stayed here for our long weekend trip in Chicago. The hotel was very communicative before our stay and when we asked they upgraded us to a room with a private washroom which was great - just weird to cross the hall to use the wash room. Nice that they supply bathrobes, towels, soaps/shampoos. Loved the area, very close to a nice brewery and coffee shops, and subway station a 5 min walk. Only criticism I can think of was the door app which you use to open the front door and your room/washroom doors. Although it worked great for us, if you accidentally leave the room without your phone, or if your phone dies, you could be in a pickle.
we stayed at this hotel for almost a week and loved it! check-in was very easy, the room was clean, the private bath was great! we felt the location perfectly suited our needs and we were always within 20 mins of a coffee, a drink, some good food, or something cute to buy :) we would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the chicago area!
