We've been here twice now and this restrobar has been consistently good and one of our favorites in the city. This is probably the best place for oysters - they are well shucked and cleaned, served with relishes for the best price in town. The drinks have all been great, and the food is fantastic. I love the sweet potatoes a lot, and the shrimp pasta was very satisfying as well. The tuna tatare was wonderful also, and we enjoyed all of it.
Loved the atmosphere and the food were all amazing. Great service and friendly staff. Definitely will come back. Their cocktails are very well curated. This place is good for date nights if you want to have conversations and intimate vibe.
Genesis was our server and she was absolutely amazing and attentive. She offered great suggestions which we adhered to. Smash burger was 🔥. Caesar salad+ shrimp was a hit too. Fried chicken was crunchy and good. A touch sweet for my liking but very good. Truffle fries were a big hit. The drinks were all very good too. We were were celebrating all 4 of our upcoming June/July ♋ birthdays and she treats us like rock stars. Great job Genesis 🤌🏾
My friend and I visited Dearly Beloved during our trip to Chicago, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was incredible, and everything was presented so thoughtfully. I ordered the short ribs, which were perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. The drinks were equally impressive and complemented the meal perfectly. A huge thank you to Genesis for making our experience so special. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely took the time to get to know us. Based on our personalities and preferences, she recommended drinks that ended up being exactly what we were looking for. That personal touch made the evening feel unique and memorable. The photos we took came out amazing, and every part of the experience felt elevated without being pretentious. Great food, great drinks, great ambiance, and outstanding service. If you're in Chicago and looking for a restaurant that delivers on both quality and hospitality, I highly recommend Dearly Beloved. This was my first of many visits to this establishment. The atmosphere, seating, and overall esthetic is breathtaking. The customer service goes with the venue. I had the pleasure of Genesis being my waitress and she was phenomenal! Her personality, her drive, her enthusiasm, her knowledge of the drinks, her professionalism, and her perfect smile was top tier. Unfortunately, weren't able to try the food due to the time we arrived. We arrived after the kitchen had closed. I was not expecting the level of service I received. Establishments and individuals have moved away from great customer service. I am definitely a stickler for excellent customer service. Even upon entering the young lady that greeted us was kind and greeted us with a smile and good energy. Thank you Genesis for allowing me to see that excellent service still exists! As long as you have Genesis, you can't go wrong with your business. She is a asset to your company and amazing individual.
