The saunas were super clean and everything worked perfectly. Shout out to Rob and Angelica at the front desk. They took special care of us and attended to all our needs especially as it was our first time. We’re visiting from out of town and decided to pop in for a wellness stop. I’ll definitely come back when next I’m in town.
Amazing customer service! Travis is an absolute gem. He was incredibly thorough and accommodating. He’s a fantastic ambassador for Perspire. He curated a lovely experience for me based on my needs. The sauna was very clean and well maintained. They have a water station for refills and lots of nice products for hydration as well. 10/10 ❤️😊
Visited Perspire West Loop while in town for work; I had been to several other Perspire studios before but was really curious to try the SNO Showers (aka cold plunge but in a nice hygienic shower, not a gross bathtub that 20 people went in before me). Let me tell you the SNO Shower was brisk!! And invigorating!! Having that on top of my sauna was just a perfect way to relax and reset after a long conference. PS Robert at the front desk was super helpful with a great tour and explaining what Perspire was all about! I will be back!
Anytime I travel I experience a ton of fatigue due to radiation that dehydrates my mitochondria. I always run to the nearest beach or park to ground and receive full spectrum sunlight which rehydrates and eases the body OR I head to the nearest infrared sauna which also offers NIR and medical grade red light. I happen to own Perspire myself in NJ and was excited to check out this Chicago location. I had the pleasure of working with Travis who was so professional and wonderful to interact with. As a fellow franchisee I was so happy for the owner of this location, it’s a blessing to find staff members like Travis and I wanted to shout him out! The studio was clean as can be and I felt so much better after my session. 10/10 experience!
Amazing staff! The benefits for your body and mind are so incredible. I felt relaxed. I walked away energized but once my head hit the pillow, I sleep so sound. I am emphasizing wellness more in my life. So this was the perfect addition, the IR sauna coupled with oxygen halo therapy and a cold burst shower. Currently, they are running a discount. It is an amazing experience and I promises you it will get you hooked! But, once again the amazing staff was the cherry on top, they were personable and highly engaged. In times like these, where people do not care about nothing except for money, it is amazing to find a place who is interested in my wellness journey! I barely post but felt compelled to share my thoughts on this company. Here’s to Your Wellness!
