They have my upmost respect!!! After they closed I went to my hotel and realized i left my purse hanging up in the bathroom. I called back and they told me I can come get it the next day, which was impossible because i had a flight to catch. They let me come back and when i did within 10 mins after calling all my money (over $300 ) and items were still in my purse. That alone says a lot about the culture in this establishment. Friendly people and welcoming atmosphere. I just knew i was gonna be robbed of everything and to my surprise i wasn’t. I wanted to pay them and they insisted i pay it forward!!! Love them even more. Whoever just turned my purse in without looking thru my wallet first i pray God blesses you ten fold. This will always be my new fav go to when im in town. Thanks again to the owner and bartender that looked out for me.
This place does not have food, no food menu! Came here on a Wednesday night around5:30pm, sat at the bar, and there was one other person in the bar and the bartender was being trained and said “welcome to the black hole have you been here before” when I sat down. The staff were friendly but it felt ominous. I had to ask for a menu, and I got a beer, an IPA. They do not have an extensive menu and did not have their liquor on the menu. It was a weird place, it looks like a dive but it acts like a sports bar. Not a fan.
Just moved into the area and absolutely love this bar! Going to be coming here pretty often! There’s no food here right now but usually the bartenders allow you to bring in your own food. Good spots nearby if you want to get a bite while drinking. Great bartenders, Adrian and Eliana are both amazing. Great people here too. Absolutely going to be back here pretty often, think I finally found my “Chicago bar” lol.
Fun place to go and drink. Can get somewhat crowded on a Friday or Saturday night but a good stop if you are bar hopping. Only one pool table and a Touchtunes jukebox, staff is very friendly and drinks are affordable. Definitely on my recommended list of spots to check out.
