I’ve stayed at all kinds of hotels and had long and short term vacation rentals and let me tell you why I start to miss my experience here at Kasa. It’s not designed to be the most luxurious type, but what it did very well was thoughtfulness. Rooms were clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and there was plenty of extra bedding. Kitchen supply wasn’t just barebones, but came with plenty of pans, pots, cutting boards and cutleries. There were enough trash bags, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, and paper napkins, and I could tell they were supplied for the duration of my stay. I had a list of stuff to buy right after I checked in but realized there was no need to do so. I’ll book at the same place next time I travel to Chicago.
We were very happy with our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Communication with the company was great! Stunning views of the city, and a beautiful rooftop deck.
Enjoyed a couple nights in Chicago thanks to Kasa. Great location because there are plenty of places to eat nearby as well as a target for groceries that was close. We were in the city for Beyond Wonderland Chicago & it was great being able to do some exploring in the morning before the festival. Highly recommend Kasa because of the ease of checking in, having the parking garage available & a very nice room.
It was great staying at Kasa Hotel. The room was spacious and included a small kitchen with amenities for cooking. The staff was very helpful and even allowed me to check in earlier than originally agreed, which I really appreciated. However, it was a bit difficult to find the building entrance. I would suggest adding more signs to help guests locate it more easily. The mattress quality could also be improved. As another suggestion to better support guests, please consider offering complimentary luggage storage for free. Overall, I had a very good experience.
This apartment is awesome! We stayed in a two bedroom corner unit (1620). The view was incredible! We basically had a 180 degree paorama of the city. We never had the lights on at night and just sat and watched the skyline. The location is also very conveniently located to the red, orange, and blue trains and lots of busses as well. We didn't use a car at all. It was walking distance to lots of good restaurants and Target and Trader Joe's for groceries. We couldn't have picked a better spot and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.
